Education Qualification
Trainee Engineer (Civil)
- Full-Time Regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology / B.Sc (Engineering) Degree in Civil Discipline From a Recognized Indian University / Institute Approved by AICTE with Minimum 60% Marks or equivalent grade, OR
- AMIE (Enrollment up to 31.05.2013) with minimum 60% Marks or equivalent grade.
- Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.
- Pay Scale : (E2) Rs.50,000-3% – 1,60,000 (IDA)
Trainee Engineer (Electrical)
- Full-Time Regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology / B.Sc (Engineering) Degree in Civil Discipline From a Recognized Indian University / Institute Approved by AICTE with Minimum 60% Marks or equivalent grade. OR
- AMIE (Enrollment up to 31.05.2013) with minimum 60% Marks or equivalent grade.
- Electric Discipline Includes Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Power Systems & High Voltage / Power Engineering.
- Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.
- Pay Scale : (E2) Rs.50,000-3% – 1,60,000 (IDA)
Trainee Engineer (Mechanical)

- Full-time Regular two years master in Social Work with Specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a recognized Indian University / Institute approved by AICTE. OR
- Full-time regular two years Masters of Human Resource and Organizational Development (MHROD) from a Recognized Indian University / Institute approved by AICTE.
- Candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% Marks or equivalent grades in a Master’s Degree or P.G Diploma / Program.
